For a flexible waterproof coating any time in the year, simply brush on this sealant with a 3-to 4-inch paintbrush. Designed to repair and protect chimney crowns from moisture intrusion, this coating is useful for many chimney restorations. This sealant can be applied to chimney crowns, chimney corbels, tops of masonry, and parapet walls, for extensive weather-proof protection. Sealant is also great for use on vents, stacks, and skylights.
FlashSeal is a versatile and easy-to-use flashing sealant repair system that, when dry, forms a flexible and waterproof seal. This ready-to-use coating does not require any mixing or special bondage agents upon purchase, allowing you to immediately embark on your chimney repair endeavors. Simply use soap and water to clean up any messes or hands.
