GENERAL
Fully exposed two-level fountain basins are #18 gauge, 300 series stainless steel polished to a lustrous satin finish with high shine outer edge. #16 gauge, 300 series tubular stainless steel support arms incorporate unique recess to be integrated with basin. One fountain positioned lower on the left for wheelchair use. The other positioned on the right at standing height.
Fountains have contoured basin that minimizes splashing. Flexi-Guard® safety bubblers are keyed in location to prevent rotation. Fully functional, vandal-resistant front push button. Flow regulator provides constant stream from 20 to 105 psi water pressure.
THIS DRINKING FOUNTAIN COMPLIES WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF A.D.A. (AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT) PROVIDING THE UNIT IS INSTALLED IN AN ALCOVE OR WITH RIGHT WING WALL.
NO LEAD DESIGN
THIS DRINKING FOUNTAIN COMPLIES WITH THE LEADFREE DEFINITION IN THE SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT OF 1986 AND LEAD CONTAMINATION CONTROL ACT OF 1988.
Elkay Drinking Fountains are manufactured with a waterway system utilizing copper components and completely lead-free material. These waterways have no lead because all leaded materials, such as leaded brass, have been removed.
This fountain is certified by WQA to lead-free compliance including NSF/ANSI 61-ANNEX G, AB 1953.
CONSTRUCTION
EDFPBM117RAC two-level fountain furnished complete with Flexi-Guard® fully assembled with front push button, flow regulator (120 to 105 psi), stainless steel back panel and surface mounting plate. No traps are furnished.

Once the product has arrived in your area, the Carriers will contact you on the phone number you provided to schedule delivery.
If a customer is not available to receive a scheduled delivery, the customer must reschedule the delivery and will be responsible for any Carrier's redelivery fee.
If the item cannot be delivered and is stored in a secure storage facility, the customer will be responsible for paying the daily storage fee.
If the item cannot be delivered after an excessive period of time (10 business days) due to the customers lack of communication, the item will be returned to us and we will deduct the shipping costs both ways and a 10% restocking fee from your refund.
Carrier will provide curbside delivery only. Service does not include moving the item into your garage, home or other personal or business space.

Returns
H&H Overstock does not accept returns for the following:
If you've simply changed your mind and no longer want the item.
It has been more than 30 days from the delivery date.
If your item does not work:

call the manufacturer to register your product and arrange for repair service under your warranty.
If your item is not covered under warranty, call us within 30 days of the delivery date,
We will arrange for an authorized repair service to determine if the product can be fixed.
If the item can be fixed we will pay for the repair.
If the item cannot be fixed, we will arrange for the item to be returned and refund your money.
You must receive a Return Authorization (RMA) before returning an item:
You will be responsible for packing and crating the item to ensure its safe return.
It must include all items that were in the original package.
If you return the item missing parts or damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, sellers will deduct costs to cover the loss in the item's value from your refund .
We will arrange for a Freight Carrier to return the item.
