Xiltek has free shipping and free curbside liftgate delivery! (Please let us know if you already have a dock or forklift as the carrier can deliver faster if so).
IMPORTANT! Refuse delivery of any items with signs of damage. Remember, once you sign off on the bill of lading, you are agreeing there has been no carrier damage.

Unpack your order immediately and inspect for visible and concealed damage during the time of delivery while the driver is still there.

There is no rush! Check the products as they are being delivered to you. It is important to check them while the truck driver is still there. The driver may try to rush you into signing the forms, so he can leave. DO NOT SIGN until you have thoroughly checked all your items. The driver is responsible for waiting until the shipment has been thoroughly inspected and signed for.

We have noticed that the more urgent the driver seems to get the form signed and to move on to his next delivery, the more likely it is that the products are damaged. Inspect the products and note any potential damage on the delivery receipt/bill of lading.

Remember: once the driver leaves, you become responsible for reporting any damages to the freight company and Xiltek cannot be held liable for those damages.

PLEASE do NOT destroy the crate or box until you are certain you will not need them. In case of returns for any reason, the freight carrier can not pick up the unit without proper packaging such as the as-shipped condition.

Should any damage be discovered, have the driver write it down on his form and refuse the shipment. Then contact us so we can help from there.
Returns
No returns are accepted via the no return policy unless the product is refused for damage during delivery. The buyer is accountable for examination of all products at the time of delivery to confirm the products are free from damage, both concealed and visible damage. Please follow Xiltek’s freight procedure when accepting deliveries. All freight must be examined before signing and accepting. If there are any signs of damage, please refuse the shipment and contact Xiltek immediately and we’ll help from there.

Other
Warranty Claims
All claims for parts or labor must be made directly through Xiltek by the customer. All claims should include: model number of the unit, the serial number, proof of purchase, date of installation, and all pertinent information supporting the alleged defect. In case of compressor replacement under warranty, either compressor or compressor tag must be returned to Xiltek along with above listed information. Failure to comply with warranty policies will result in voiding claims. Warranty cannot be transferred if the original unit(s) are sold to another business unless otherwise granted.
One Year Parts Warranty
Xiltek warrants all new refrigerated components, the cabinet and all parts, to be free from defects in materials or workmanship, under normal and proper use and maintenance service as specified by Xiltek and upon proper installation* (indoor building only) and start-up in accordance with the instruction packet supplied with each Xiltek unit. Xiltekʼs obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of twelve (12) months after shipment date from Xiltek. Any part, covered under this warranty, that are by Xiltek to have been defective within one year or twelve (12) months after shipment date from manufacturer may qualify for replacement or other under Xiltek's jurisdiction. (*Installation in unstable, mobile, and enclosed area may not be considered as proper installation. Remote units are limited to one-year parts warranty, relative only to original cabinet components. No labor will be covered). Parts are subject to availability and will be provided based on when possible
Five Year Compressor Warranty
With the (1) year warranty stated above, Xiltek warrants its compressor to be free from defects in both material and workmanship under normal and proper use and maintenance service for a period of five (5) years from the date of original installation. Compressor determined by Xiltek to have been defective within this extended period will, at Xiltekʼs discretion, be either repaired or replaced with a compressor or compressor parts of similar design and capacity. The five (5) year compressor warranty applies only to hermetically sealed parts of the compressor and does not apply to any other parts or components, including, but not limited to, cabinet, paint finish, temperature control, refrigerant, metering device, driers, motor starting equipment, fan assembly or and other electrical components, etc.
What Is Not Covered In This Warranty?
Xiltek's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to either repair or replacement of parts, subject to the additional limitations below. This warranty neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume obligations other than those expressly covered by this warranty. If a customer contacts a 3rd party company to alter the unit in any way the warranty is then voided and Xiltek cannot reimburse or pay in any way.

XILTEK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ECONOMIC LOSS, PROFIT LOSS, OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM FOOD OR PRODUCT SPOILAGE CLAIMS WHETHER OR NOT ON ACCOUNT OF REFRIGERATION FAILURE.

This warranty is not assignable and applies only in favor of the original purchaser/user to whom delivered. ANY SUCH ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER SHALL VOID THE WARRANTIES HEREIN MADE AND SHALL VOID ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

XILTEK ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR PARTS OR LABOR COVERAGE FOR COMPONENT FAILURE OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM IMPROPER USAGE, IMPROPER TRANSPORTATION (SUCH AS MOVING UNITS IN AND OUT OF FOOD TRUCKS, ETC)  OR INSTALLATION OR FAILURE TO CLEAN AND/OR MAINTAIN PRODUCT AS SET FORTH IN THE WARRANTY PACKET PROVIDED WITH THE UNIT.
Xiltek is not responsible for the cost to move a cabinet for any reason from its position of operation on the customer's premises to make a warranty repair.

Xiltek is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any parts that Xiltek determines have been subjected after the date of manufacture to alteration, neglect, abuse, misuse, accident, damage during transit or installation, fire, flood, or any other natural disaster.

XILTEK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF FAILED OR DAMAGED COMPONENTS RESULTING FROM INCORRECT SUPPLY VOLTAGE, THE USE OF EXTENSION CORDS, LOW VOLTAGE, OR UNSTABLE SUPPLY VOLTAGE.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, EXCEPT THE ONE (1) YEAR PARTS WARRANTY AND FIVE (5) YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. THESE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTY AND MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
Residential Warranty
In the case that a commercial unit was ordered for a residential location and is being used for home purposes (garage, basement, etc.) the warranty is subject to availability Xiltek can only ship to certain areas for residential addresses. Please reach out to discuss shipping options to residential addresses.
