    THIS QUILT IS 51 3/4” X  63 1/4”  FINISHED.  THIS INCLUDES ALL THE FABRIC FOR THE TOP AND BINDING.  NO BACKING INCLUDED. THESE ARE ALL 100% COTTON FLANNEL FABRICS.  THESE ARE ALL QUILT SHOP QUALITY COTTONS.  THIS IS FROM MY SMOKE FREE SHOP.  These are all new fabrics, unwashed and uncut.  These are all 44/45" wide. This includes a copy of a free pattern.  See photos for those fabrics included - Photo #1 shows you the completed pattern photo, but these are NOT the fabrics included in the kit.  See other photo #2 for what's included. These fabrics are by Northcott (2), Benartex & Timeless Treasures.
