The kit includes twelve Fat Quarters That are  from  Hoffman, Kaufman, Windham, and others, all are high quality fabrics that have bright, vivid colors, and should give you a beautiful colored quilt when you are finished. * The 3 off white fat quarters are for the Background color 36 squares, the 1 yard Green Swirls is for the border, and the rest are for the 'quilt Body.

You will need to provide the backing, and the batting, but you do that for most kits. *
I tried to pick fabrics that compliment each other, but you can use them for other things too, not just the quilt. **
