Provenance: I am a screen credited crew member and and former long time Lucasfilm Ltd. employee; during the early stages of work on 'The Empire Strikes Back', I received shipments from the U.K. of camera original 'Star Wars' 35mm negative (4 perf production footage and VistaVision format visual effects material) for reference and potential re-use in 'The Empire Strikes Back'. 'Chapter II Productions Ltd.', the name of the production company formed to produce 'Empire', sent the shipment to 'The Kerner Company' (a.k.a. I.L.M. or Industrial Light + Magic') in San Rafael, Marin County, California. I've preserved some of the shipping materials for the last 40+ years.
Will be carefully packed and promptly sent to the winning bidder's USA street address (or foreign shipment forwarder) via FedEx Ground. Upon request, I will include a letter of authenticity with the crate. Auction has no reserve and no 'buy it now' option. Please check out the feedback from my 100% satisfied buyers.
